At DIANNES, we want you to love your knitwear as much as we loved selecting it. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of the original purchase.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed (free from perfume, pet hair, or smoke odors).

In the same condition that you received it.
-
In the original packaging with all tags still attached and unbroken.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings or custom-knitted pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.
3. How to Start a Return
We recommend using Evri for your returns as they offer easy Drop-Off points at thousands of local ParcelShops.

Email us: Contact returns@diannes.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Pack it up: Securely package your item (you can often reuse our original mailing bag!).

Book your label: Visit the Evri website to print a "Return to Sender" label or use a QR code at a ParcelShop.

Send: Drop your parcel at any Evri ParcelShop or Locker and keep your receipt for tracking.
4. Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Faulty Items: If your item is faulty or damaged, DIANNES will provide a pre-paid Evri return label at no cost to you.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, contact us to see if we can hold a specific it for you.
