Thank you for shopping with DIANNES. We take great care in packaging our woolens to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Below you will find the details of our shipping process and rates.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
During peak seasons (such as Christmas), processing times may extend slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay
.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We primarily use Evri to deliver our packages.
Delivery is £3.99 or free if total order is over £39
3. Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Evri tracking number.
You can track your parcel directly on the Evri Website.
Evri provides 3-hour delivery windows and real-time updates via their app or website.
4. Delivery OptionsParcelShops: If you prefer, we can ship directly to an Evri ParcelShop for you to collect at your convenience. Please enter the ParcelShop address as your shipping address at checkout.
5. Damages & Issues
DIANNES is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods and contact us at shipping@diannes.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
